Refund policy

We have a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To be eligible for a replacement: Replacement will only be accepted if there is any damage to the product you received. An unboxing video is a must to ensure we have damage. your item must be in the same condition that you received it,and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 3 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.
